The Myanmar Real Property Development Association (Rangoon Region Branch) organized the opening ceremony of the lecture on AML/CFT awareness raising and AML/CFT awareness among real estate agents. In the lecture, The Myanmar Real Property Development Association Association (Central) Secretary U Aung Tun gave an opening speech; U San Lin, Deputy Secretary of the Federation of Merchants and Industrialists of the Union of the Republic of Myanmar, gave a speech of honor. U Soe Myint, director of the General Administration Department of the Yangon Region Government, gave a speech. Next, U Myo Tint Zaw, Deputy Director of the General Administration Department, gave a clear lecture about the Directive No. (1/2022) on real estate agents. Teacher Nat Mauk Oo Zaw Min gave a lecture on urban village law and procedures. Regarding urban land issues, Yangon City Municipal Development Committee Office Deputy Director U Neytha Aung gave a lecture and answered questions. U Thurin Aung, Deputy Director of the Anti-Money Laundering Organization, gave a lecture on AML/CFT issues, and the lecture ended successfully at 5:45 p.m. About 1,300 (1,300) members of the Myanmar Real Estate Development Association attended the lecture.
